Order Cancellation
- In case of cancelling your order, customer has to inform our customer service before the dispatching of your order.
- If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time.
- Our shipments leave at 6pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 6pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. It can be done by sending a message on this contact numbers (+92 3104709090), Facebook or Instagram page.
- Daisy Outfit has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, payment not accepted by payee’s bank due to risk being unacceptable etc.
- Daisy Outfit has the right to remove the articles from the orders in case of unavailability of certain article, this might happen rarely in extreme workload days.
- Daisy Outfit has the authority to cancel the order if we do not receive any response from the customer for confirmation after 10 days from the date order has been placed.
